1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bso88 ("bso88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bso88 website located at bso88.vip and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) bso88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bso88 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bso88 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at bso88's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bso88 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. bso88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.

In no event shall bso88's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bso88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
